Life in a Split Class

This year began rather busy and has remained busy. I can't believe it is already Thanksgiving. It seems like those years when you have an amazing class that gets along well and loves to learn time goes by so fast. I have 6 Kinesthetic Kindergarten students and 6 Famous Firsties. We just finished three weeks of learning about the Pilgrims and Native Americans.  I got a lot of my ideas from thefirstgradeparade.blogspot.com. They had so much fun. I have begun using a sight called SeeSaw. This sight allows me to upload pictures for the parents to view. I am able to pick which parents I want to view. The students are able to take pictures, draw pictures, video, write a note or share a link. It has been a hit with the parents that have joined. I don't have 100 percent yet but it is my goal by Christmas vacation   .http://web.seesaw.me/

For my few followers. Please keep me accountable for keeping up with posting. It is my dream to blog and speak at conferences. Trying to get it started.
